ideal location friendly staff prompt service clean facilities
I found the location ideal because it was near the train station. the staff were friendly and helpful. They provided an iron promptly when i asked. i requested extra coffee and received it without issue. the facilities looked clean, and i saw daily cleaning occurred.
the shower design allowed water to spread across the bathroom floor.

my twin room had comfy beds, ensuring restful sleep. the room was modern and clean, a very nice sight. street noise was minimal.

the reception staff, emery and antonio, were polite and very helpful. they were quick to address my questions, a good sign. i needed assistance with directions, and they offered clear instructions.

The hotel is very close to gare de l'est, super convenient for travel. the metro is nearby. This allows easy access to sites. many restaurants are in the neighborhood, a big plus.

Convenient Stay Near the Station
cosy environment convenient location
The breakfast was good. It included tasty tea in a cosy environment. I found the location great for restaurants and walks along Canal Saint Martin. Staff stored my luggage, which I appreciated. Check-in time was at 2 pm, earlier than at most hotels.
The room was small. I would have liked more space to move around comfortably.

This hotel provides easy access to Gare de l'Est. Cafes are nearby, certainly convenient. The hotel is just across the road from Gare de l'Est train station, I noticed.
